Dorothy Sylvester
Dorothy has been a Board Member since 2019 and an owner since 2016. A retired Certified Public Accountant, Dorothy brings extensive financial expertise to the board. She aims to rejuvenate Seaview Estates into a thriving community where residents share mutual aspirations. Currently, Dorothy volunteers as the Treasurer of St. Albans Episcopal Church, Secretary of the Kings County Hospital Community Advisory Board, and Treasurer for Canarsie Community Advisory Inc. Additionally, she’s a proud member of the Lions Club.

Jacky Thomas
Jacky, an immigrant from Grenada, recently joined the Seaview Estates community as a single parent. She is an Accounts Payable and Procurement Manager at a tech firm. Beyond her work, Jacky relishes in crocheting and karaoke. She envisions Seaview Estates as a picturesque and secure haven for her children and fellow residents.

Thomas Brown
Thomas relocated to New York in 2021. Originally from Arizona, he accumulated 25 years of experience as an IT professional. Now semi-retired, Thomas serves as a cybersecurity consultant. Both New York and Seaview Estates hold a special place in his heart, and he’s committed to enhancing the community. He has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity in Central Arizona.

Vadim Komisarchik
About 9 years ago, Vadim made New York his home after moving from Minneapolis. A graduate of the Carlson School of Management, he ventured into real estate and the tech sector. Vadim managed a real estate firm in Minneapolis during and post his college years. In New York, he has immersed himself in various tech startups, last serving as a CTO for a local company.

Kim Perkins
Kim is a Strategic Accounts Lead for a global biotech company, accountable for revenue, profit, and client satisfaction in the New York City market.
A Marine Corp Veteran, attended Morgan State University and Harvard University. Kim serves on the Executive Alumni Committees of former institutions. A dedicated and effective member of PPM Scholarship committee, providing scholarships to underprivileged minorities pursuing a career in the healthcare industry..
